Custom-made products
Number plates and stamps are made to order with your personal details, so they cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If your product arrives damaged, is faulty, or does not match the details you ordered or approved, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We will remake or replace it free of charge.
Mobile accessories
Unused mobile accessories in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Items that are used, installed (e.g. screen protectors) or damaged by the customer cannot be returned.
Refunds
Approved refunds are sent by bank transfer or mobile wallet within 7 working days of receiving the returned item. Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
